In Ayurveda, nature is one of our greatest healers. Time spent in natural environments helps restore harmony to the nervous system, reconnect us with the rhythms of the earth, and bring the body and mind back into balance. The quiet beauty, expansive landscapes, and elemental power of Boulder provide a deeply supportive setting for healing, reflection, and renewal—offering a level of nourishment that extends far beyond the retreat itself.

Whether you are seeking the deep cleansing and renewal of a traditional Panchakarma retreat, the restorative benefits of Ayurvedic Rasayana therapies, or a fully personalized wellness experience tailored to your unique needs, our retreats provide a supportive environment for profound healing and transformation.

Through customized Ayurvedic consultations, nourishing meals, therapeutic treatments, guided meditation, yoga, and individualized wellness sessions, you'll receive a retreat experience designed specifically for your goals and constitution. Each program is thoughtfully crafted to support balance, vitality, and lasting well-being.

Whether you're looking to reset your health, recover from stress, deepen your spiritual practice, or simply step away from the demands of daily life, our retreats offer the space and guidance to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Choose Panchakarma or work with us to create a fully customized retreat that aligns with your personal intentions, schedule, and wellness goals.

Come as you are—and leave feeling refreshed, revitalized, and inspired.

Depending on the time of year you come, enjoy incredible seasonally appropriate Utah weather. Consider wandering into town (a 12 minute drive) for a local Farmers Market or to eat at one of our delicious farm to table restaurants.

  • The Juniper House

The Juniper House, where you will be staying and where you will receive meals, treatments and consultations, is super unique and custom-built with over 70% recycled materials.

Stay cozy inside beside the fireplace, amid local art and hand made pottery. All meals are provided and cooked fresh, using local ingredients when available and with the most important ingredient, LOVE. We comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests.

  • Nature Is Calling

The Juniper house is centrally located to a variety of nature experiences. Sit or walk along the creek, cold-plunge in nature’s bathtub, hike the desert or romp through the mountains or take a scenic drive in any direction and nature will hold you with kindness and awe.

In your home away from home, at the Juniper House, bathe under the stars in our outdoor tub or sit in serenity in our various outdoor spaces. Very private, tucked in the trees and away from neighbors, there is a deep serenity here.

  • Connection Matters

We understand the investment of time and resources it takes to get here and we want to guide you every step of the way.

Retreats include a pre-retreat consultation so that we can design your unique experience before you arrive.

Upon arrival, you will be guided and nurtured through an array of experiences that are unique to your needs and goals.

Once you leave, we will connect again virtually to make sure you are integrating your experience into your daily life in an aligned and easeful way.

  • Elemental Truths

Connecting to the elements through Ayurveda involves aligning body, mind and spirit with the natural rhythms and energies of the five great elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether (space)—which form the foundation of all life.

Through a connection to the elements via ritual and practice, Ayurveda helps you attune to the elemental shifts within and around you and fosters balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of wholeness, reminding you that health is not just the absence of disease but a state of dynamic equilibrium with the natural world.

In Kayakapla retreat, we utilize rituals and experiences that allow you to connect intimately with each of the five elements.
